We have an environmental management strategy in place to ensure we manage our climate-related impacts, risks, and opportunities. We are ISO 14001 accredited; the accreditation covers the provision of all direct mailing services including printing, packing, data handling and arrangement of delivery.
We believe that driving a positive and supportive culture in the workplace is key to building a strong and sustainable business. Mental health and wellbeing initiatives provide support to colleagues as and when they need it. We support our local communities with charitable donations and practical initiatives such as colleague volunteer days.
We continually seek ways to exceed our environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibilities and reflect on the progress we are making to drive positive change. We are exploring new opportunities and looking at how we can foster innovation across our business to better engage colleagues, support our customers and our communities enabling sustainable and responsible growth for our stakeholders in the future.
